Description:

The Malay Dance CCA comprises of students from Primary 3 to Primary 6. Trainings are conducted on Tuesdays during curriculum time from 7.30 am to 9.00 am.

The Malay Dance CCA provides students with the opportunity to explore and appreciate the rich heritage of Malay culture through dance. Members develop discipline and confidence as they train the dance forms. Through teamwork and dedication, they learn values such as perseverance and respect while working towards polished performances. Students also gain valuable opportunities to showcase their talents at school celebrations, community events, and the Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation (Primary) once every two years.

Achievements and Participations for the past 3 years:

• Participated in 2024 SYF Arts Presentation and awarded Accomplishment.

• Participated in 2025 Hari Raya Celebration and National Day Carnival at Tampines East Community Centre.

• Participated in 2026 SYF Arts Presentation and awarded Accomplishment.

• Participated in 2026 School’s National Day celebration and National Day Carnival at Tampines East Community Centre.
